Donut Wednesday

We had a nice talkative Donut Wednesday.  Oliver was in good spirits.  Mommy is grateful for mornings like thins morning.

Oliver is off with his Daddy and Scout.  Mommy will see Oliver on Friday after school for another nice together weekend.  She misses him.  

Prairie

 We spent an evening camping out at home.  Oliver pretended to be sleeping on the prairie.  Last night Laura's family finally finished the log cabin, but before that they were sleeping in a tent.  Just like Oliver,

Tonight Pa encountered a wolf pack of 50 of the biggest

wolves you've ever seen!  Oliver had a gun outside of

his tent just in case.

We love old stories and adventure!

Spring Break

Oliver is still on Spring Break.  Mommy wishes she could give him some fun experiences and opportunities to hang out with kids his age.  Usually, Mommy thinks she does a pretty good job at this- but its been tough the last week.  Mommy dropped Oliver off at his Daddy's this morning and picked him up on her way home.  He had a good day there.

We went to the mall in the evening.  Mommy promised to get Oliver dinner and we had to go to a couple of stores.  He had fun.  The mall is kind of a foreign place to us.  

The highlight of the evening though was this:

An urgent matter at the door when we got home.

Yuck.  It was still alive and not happy.

Oliver tried to get it to move by throwing things

at it.  Mommy finally picked it up with a shovel and

put it in the flowers.  Let nature take its course.

Morning Egg Hunt with clues at home:

He went to the kitchen where we had the sunflowers

from Chelsea's run for a couple of weeks.  Mommy

had to give him more clues.

In the bathroom!  He was listening to a book on CD

during his bath last night.  He got a mini drums et

and an accordion!

He loves them!

Family Easter Time:

will need his this summer, he is going
