We spent a really nice evening at home. Oliver has been working on his homework right away after school then he gets to play for a bit. He is not making as much of a fuss about homework so far. He has been reading with Mommy after his bath and tonight he asked if he could read more! Marvin Redpost books by Louis Sachar are serious business!
Oliver also had to tell his friend he couldn't play
when we got home because of homework. Sam
lives down the street and the last two days he is
just waiting on our street for Oliver to come home.
Kind of scary.
Kind of scary how no one is watching him.
Does anyone know where he is? (Twelve
people live in his house....) Is Mommy just
super overprotective? She doesn't think so.
We both worked on homework at the same time
tonight. Oliver was creating a word search out
of his spelling words. Kind of school. Mommy
has a lot to catch up on in her MLIS courses.
