This morning Oliver and Mommy stopped at the Donut Shop on our way to preschool. Oliver picked out a yummy Christmas donut with a penguin ring in the middle. He was very pleased. He ordered his donut, a donut for Santa, and donut holes for Santa’s reindeer—we will set them out on Christmas Eve. (Donuts definitely are not just for breakfast.) Oh, he also ordered Mommy a coffee-it came in one of those yucky Styrofoam cups (Mommy wishes she brought her Christmas mug to put it in…) The donut shop is a lot of fun! Once at school, Oliver gave Mommy a very sweet kiss goodbye and a very tight, strong hug.
Oliver is off with his Daddy now for a couple days. See you Christmas Eve night little man.
