Serious Business

The Spring Baseball season is serious business.  Oliver is having a lot of fun and learning a lot.  Mommy is thankful to friends we have made through Cub Scouts who get Oliver to his weekday games.  Very thankful.

2017 Pinewood Derby

 Oliver had a fantastic time at the Pinewood Derby!  He placed 3rd in the Bear Division!  That is the 3rd year in a row he has placed 3rd!  Awesome!  We had fun being there, watching, and listening to the cheers of the Scouts and families!

It ended up being Noah's...he loses a lot

some of them money, but he graciously gave

it back when he found our it was Noah's.

He is off to compete against other

grand winners at the Scout Fair in April.

Oliver was super excited the rest of the day and could NOT sit still.  Mommy is exhausted.  She is glad he is home.

Baseball and Derby

 We had a busy evening.

Thanks to Jennifer and Noah, Oliver got to his practice

and game on time.  Mommy met him there.  It was a close

game, Oliver's team lost by one.

of working with some dads, Oliver car is fine!

Oliver will be back with his Daddy tomorrow afternoon.  Mommy will see him on Saturday for his baseball game at 1:00 and his Pinewood Derby on Sunday at 12:00!  Fun!  Lots of fun and friends to look forward too!  

Planning and Practing

 Oliver spent the day learning at school, planning his pinewood derby car in his head, and practicing baseball.  It was a good day...until we both got insanely tired when practice ended 1/2 hour late at 8:40 and we still had to go to the sporting good store because he grew out of his cleats!  Bedtime.

Sunday

 We had another busy day.  Baseball pictures in the morning, a visit with Grammie and the cousins in the morning, and a fishing adventure with a friend!  Mommy thinks Oliver had a pretty good weekend!
