Grand Avenue

Oliver had an awesome day at preschool!  On the way home we stopped by the Farmer's Market.  We just happened to park in front of the neat new candy store.  So, we had to go in of course!  We had fun looking around at all the nostalgic candy.  Oliver picked out a small piece of candy and so did Mommy.  Then we walked on Grand Avenue to the Farmer's Market.  It was super hot today and Oliver wanted a cold drink from the drink man.   It was nice spending time with Oliver at the Market.  He always makes Mommy laugh.

Happy Tuesday!

Oliver with a new friend.

The Candy shop is really neat!

They had Zombie Blood!  (Hmmm....)

Mommy thinks she will get her picture taken with
this Pirate every time she goes to the candy store.
(At least she will use this pirate, until she can get
her picture taken with a real pirate!  Oh my goodness,
its almost talk like a pirate day again.  On Sept. 19th! Argh.)

Mommy got the Banana Split.  Oliver got a sucker,
which Mommy is trying to hide from him.

Look Aunt Jessica!  They have Sixlets!

Succulents.

He wanted one!

Pretty!

Sharing his strawberry sample with Mommy!

A lot of the vendors didn't show up today!
There weren't a lot of customers either!

The drink man wasn't there!  So, lucky
Oliver got to pick out a lemonade at the 7 Eleven
that is on the corner.

Wheatgrass Tuesday!  More changes in Mommy's
daycare schedule!  (It's good to be adaptable.)

Mommy's favorite view.  (Yum.)

We have two baby kittens hanging out
around our yard.  Mommy has a feeling they are
feral cats.  She think she saw the Mama this morning.
We will be watching to see if they need us.  Maybe we
will keep them.  Maybe.  (Mommy seems to be good
at taming things.)

Oliver pointed out the moon tonight.  It is pretty.
