Projects and Expo

Oliver came home this morning.  We had a nice Friday with our daycare babies.  Oliver kept himself busy with projects he starts inside and outside.

In the evening we raced to San Diego to pick up Mommy's race bib for an obstacle race she is running in tomorrow!  Oliver was a good helper at the race expo.  We stopped by to see Aunt Jess and Uncle Chad on the way back to Grammies.  We are getting all warm and cozy here tonight, so Mommy can leave early in the morning, while Oliver hopefully still sleeps!

Happy Friday!

Oliver with some project he was working on,
Mommy isn't quite sure what it is, but he was very serious.

Walking into the small Diva Dash expo.

He got four safety pins for Mommy's bib.

Mommy's bib.  (Mommy really likes that number.)

Oliver bought Mommy some race socks.
They were a surprisingly good deal, only $5.
They are perfect for exercising and running!
Plus a nice way to remember the race!

We looked at all the boats.  The expo was at the
Marina Village Conference Center.  Mommy's
Diva Dash will be in Mission Bay.

Oliver didn't want to get close to the fence that
overlooked the water.

On the way back to the freeway (we got lost...) we
found a little Robertos and got some dinner.

Oliver ate his dinner in the car while we sat in traffic
on the way back to the freeway.  The traffic was
caused by the geyser!  (Sometimes its okay to get
lost, in our case we found something beautiful.)
