IKEA Adventure:
Environmental Print! Mommy is
trying really hard to help Oliver
with reading signs! Summer of
Reading!
Lunch!
Oliver wants to go to this event! He called his
Daddy to ask him to go, they will be together
that day! Hopefully they make it!
Bookshelfs high up are neat.
Oliver got tired towards the end!
He liked the cowhide rugs!
And these clocks! Mommy bought him one,
they were $1.99. He loves working on time
math problems!
Adventures in Writing:
When we got home Oliver worked on
his Birthday Thank You letters. He
did a good job! He is still working
on learning to hold a pencil correctly.
Mommy doesn't push that, as long as he
is writing and comfortable she is happy.
He did take a few breaks to sharpen his pencil.
Sometimes it took him awhile, maybe he
was avoiding work a little?
Cruisin' Grand Adventure:
We haven't been in a long time so we walked
along Grand Avenue to check out the cars!
Mommy took a ton of pictures!
Today was 7-11!
We ran into Mr. Bill he is the custodian from
the school Mommy worked at last year!
He is a character!
Mommy hasn't seen her pirate for a long
time. She misses the goofball.
New store on Grand!
Cute dresses for Rockabilly style!
We are always looking for good deals on
old suitcases!
We sat and rested for a bit. Well,
Mommy sat.
Neat old Jeep with pretty paint job.
Mommy likes Falcons!
(Remember that, ok?)
Another look at the Falcon!
We also love running into characters!
Our friends Nicholas and Lia!
She smiled for Mommy right after this
picture!
This kid is just like his Mom, Enil!
Always ready to joke, laugh, and smile!
Oliver was reacting to the hood ornament.
Oliver needs one of these on his
car when he is older!
Neat old wagon.
Oliver wandered into the art gallery...
Then we wandered home. We love seeing the old
cars on our drive home.
