Finger Pointing

Oliver came home at noon.  Mommy really missed him this weekend.  She is glad he is home!  Mommy got some finger pointers for Oliver this weekend.  She promised him that she would find some for him so he could use them for reciting letters and hopefully words soon.  Its a fun way for Oliver to get involved with his reading and it doesn't feel like work.  He kind of starting fooling around with them and pointing them at the babies.  (Mommy admits, fooling around instead of working can be kind of fun!)  But not always appropriate.

Mommy got Oliver back on track with his pointers.

Pointing at Mommy.

Mommy showed him how to use the pointer properly.

Holding his pointer and looking for silly things in his Highlights
magazine.  We also listened to some silly songs Mommy
and Grammie got from a Groupon thing.

Oliver's letters, not in order.  Ready to be
pointed at and called out!  We are working
on the sounds too!

Oliver's pointers in the evening.

Happy Monday!
