Donut Wednesday

We had a weird start to our Donut Wednesday.  Oliver didn't feel good, but Mommy wasn't quite sure if he was telling the truth.  He has a bit of a Ferris Bueller reputation.  Mommy thought if he ate he might feel better....

His tummy still hurt...

We still got all the goods.

And tried to eat, but Mommy had him call his Daddy.

It is to late once we wake up to get a substitute teacher

for Mommy.  (Sometimes being a single mom isn't

super duper easy.)  We figured it out though.

Oliver's drop off, to his Daddys.  Oliver hung out

and got better by 9:30 and went to school.  

Even through all the tummy aches he still had plans to

attend and perform in his play tonight:

Mommy made a movie, its not the greatest, but she tried.

Mommy is very proud of her Nanny Goat who 

did a wonderful job with his speaking parts!

Teacher Appreciation

This week is Teacher Appreciation week.  Make sure you thank a teacher!  Oliver is bringing little tokens of thanks to Mrs. Belko everyday this week!  This morning he brought her some flowers!

He picked them from our garden!

Birdwalk: Mommy planted some more sunflowers seeds in 

this area since the others didn't do very well.

Sweet.  He really loves his teacher a lot this

year.  That makes Mommy very, very thankful!

Hiding

Pictures of Oliver are hiding today.

Just because you can barely see Oliver today

doesn't mean he wasn't working on very

important lessons and accomplishing great things!

Silly Sunday

We had a really good day!  Oliver played with friends for a long time today!  

Mommy heard giggles and curious voices

coming from the garage!

These two were going through a lone box

of weird stuff that was left in the garage

from the prior homeowners.  They were

really excited to find a HAIRDRYER!  

They plugged it in and it worked, but then it smelled

up the Bernadette room with a weird smell.  Mommy

made them unplug it.  Yuck.  Boys.

We didn't go for our bike ride today.

So, Mommy captured this kind of 

neat picture with our sunflowers and

the Neighborhood Club in the background.

Full Day

We had a really full day!

Home Depot and Plant Workshop:

Cindy's sweet sidekick helping us with a difficult part.

Grammie responded quickly to Mommy's text about

the plant fair and showed up!  Of course she got

some free popcorn and won a nice raffle prize!

Of course Oliver ate a free hot dog!

And of course, Mommy had to do some 

research for her paper due tomorrow.  

Playdate:

Oliver went to his friend's house for

a playdate!  Grady is in his class

and in his Cub Scout Den! 

They had fun!  They got to play a little at our

home too!

 Our spring success this year! 

Grady's mom, Cathy, spotted our first

tomato!  (Can you see it!?)

Flick and Float:

We went to watch a movie in the pool!

This place is still really, really

important to us, we have just been 

really busy and missing the pool!

Johnny's important to us too.  What is that...?

He's giving Mommy the ball?  No Johnny, 

you take it, she's giving it to you....

BigHero6  Fun!  We didn't watch the whole movie,

but we think we'll rent it!

Someone left their swimsuit behind.
