Kaleidoscope

We had a busy day with our daycare babies.  Oliver is very well behaved when just babies are here!  He had fun playing all day.  When most of the babies were napping we made a kaleidoscope together!  We set it on our little bench and got to work!  We had fun with it!

Oliver reminded Mommy about making our kaleidoscope the other day when we were listening to Sara Bareilles in the car.   We were listening to Uncharted! (We listen to her music a lot!)  Mommy likes that Oliver loves all of Mommy's favorite singers!

Ready to open our kaleidoscope box.

The inside gave us the directions!

Cool box!

Even cooler because Sara Bareilles signed it!  (Mommy
is such a nerd, but her blog readers probably already
figured that out.)

Putting the beads into the bottom of the kaleidoscope.

Cuteness.

Love this.

These directions were on the bottom.  They were
easier for Mommy to follow.

The Kaleidoscope Heart.  Mommy's favorite part
of Uncharted is when she sings, "Jumpstart my
Kaleidoscope heart."

Looking through the kaleidoscope.

Putting it in the box.  We are going to bring it to Grammie's
for some final touches.  Mommy isn't a perfectionist and
needs Grammie's help with some of the paper and gluing.

One of our babies was hanging out with us....cutest
hands ever!

She is sweet, very affectionate, shy, and adorable.  Mommy was not
expecting what she did to her arm right after this picture
was taken....

She bit Mommy!  That definitely jumpstarted Mommy's
kaleidoscope heart!  (But she would rather have it
jumpstarted in a different more affectionate way!)
