Today we said goodbye to Oliver's cast. Two broken bones in less than one year. Yikes. (All the thinking about it, just made Mommy tired today. She is falling asleep as the pictures were downloading...) Oliver is happy to have his cast off, he took a really nice, long bath tonight. He has to wear a splint for the next four weeks, but he doesn't seem to mind it...yet. It has a neat little rhino on it.
Going to his appointment. Mommy is glad
she got to go with him, thanks to Grammie. She
picked up Oliver at preschool and watched
Mommy's babies.
Cute belly man on the table.
Getting his cast cut off, he liked watching.
It's kind of neat how they cut the cast off.
His tattoo from the Earth Day Fair was still kind of
on his arm. Kind of gross. We washed it off in the bath.
Getting x-rays. He didn't need Mommy's
help. He is getting used to the routine...
Cute little bandage on his small arm and the splint.
After his appointment. He skipped his nap
at preschool, so he was kind of tired, but
happy to have his cast off. (Mommy, ready
to hold his hand and go down the steps...fresh
new beginnings are always wonderful.) Yay
to healed bones!
He brought in his new chair to the playhouse
and ate his dinner in there. It was pretty cute.
