Healthy Kids, Picnics, and Slumber Parties

We had an exciting busy Saturday.  We had a slumber party at Grammie's last night, because we had so so much to do over her way!  Oliver had fun playing with Grammie while Mommy did a couple of things, then we went to the Healthy Kid's Day at the Y.  We had fun playing, eating healthy snacks, painting rocks, and playing with bubbles.  Then we had a little picnic at the Batiquitos lagoon-- Oliver was too excited to eat, he found tons of sticks and was fishing with them.

Then we were off to watch little Zoe for a bit.  Oliver had fun laying with her, exploring in her nursery, and cuddling with Mommy.  Then, lucky Oliver got picked up by Aunt Jess and Uncle Chad for a slumber party at their house!  It is Oliver's first real "slumber party" without Mommy.  Of course, Aunt Jess said that it seemed like Mommy was a little more upset than Oliver.  Oliver actually wasn't upset at all.  Mommy can't believe Oliver is growing up so fast!  Mommy hopes they are having tons of fun and that he gets a good nights sleep!

Sweet dreams everyone!

Oliver shredding paper at Grammie's.
He loves doing that job for Grammie.

Excited in the bouncy obstacle house.

 Climbing up the wall.
Getting ready to paint a rock.

So focused.  Mommy painted one too.  We
are going to put them in our garden.

Checking out the police car.  He didn't want to get in.

 Bubble Fun!
Heading down to the trail at the lagoon.  Mommy
had to put our stuff at the bottom and go back to
help him.  The little rocks were making it
hard for him to walk down the hill in crocs!

 The Batiquitos Lagoon.
Fishing.  He caught Mommy the coolest twig.
 Pretty Wildflowers.
Climbing Zoe's tree.  (Mommy wants him
to "be careful.")  Oliver is such a monkey.

 Friends playing.
Perfect baby face asleep on Mommy.

Oliver kicking back watching hot air balloons.
 Pretty.
Aunt Jess loves baby Zoe.

Mommy loves baby Zoe too!

Oliver and his favorites watching hot air balloons.  There
was a panda bear balloon.  Cute!
