Hiking

Oliver came home at noon today.  We rested and played for a while then we took off for a nice hike at Daley Ranch!  

Oliver wanted to wear our backpack.

Mommy let him wear it to the car.

At Daley Ranch!  Today was National Sunscreen Day!

We put sunscreen on, Oliver's hat, and Mommy has started wearing 

a hat too!  Yay for sunscreen and hats!

Mommy has always liked this orange parasitic stringy plant.

It actually harms the plant it is sitting on, but we still like it!

Happy, warm hikers!  We made it to the Ranch House area,

our destination!  Yippee!!!  Oliver is becoming a strong hiker!

Then we took a nice break and looked at the lake.
