Bare Walls

When Mommy picked up Oliver today he wanted to show her around his classroom.  He usually finds some reason to take Mommy there, pickup is in another room...Mommy likes to see what is going on in his learning room!  But the walls were bare today!  Oliver said since the holidays were over the teachers were taking everything down.  He is kind of excited to see what goes up next!

He has also been excited lately about new words he hears Mommy say.  Oliver has a pretty strong vocabulary already.  Now, he keeps asking Mommy what certain words she says mean.  He likes that the word bare sounds like bear but means something different.  Someday Mommy will tell him they are homophones.  Its fun teaching him new words and listening to him use them.
