We survived the night! The boys had a ton of fun playing with each other in the morning and then Riley was off with his Aunt for the rest of the weekend. We ate pancakes shaped like dinosaurs and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Oliver kept sneaking Mommy’s banana bread from the fridge—he just digs his hands into the bread. At least he compliments Mommy, he tells her she makes good bread!
In the afternoon we went to Grammie and Grandpa’s house. We hung around playing—Oliver liked eating yogurt pretzels from Grammie’s stash. Mommy talked to Santa about how many pretzels Oliver could have…we thought he had reached his limit. But then Mommy discovered Oliver was sneaking them from the container. It was kind of funny. The boys played with Grammie and Grandpa for a bit while Mommy took a nice break at the Y. On our way home we drove past some of our favorite Christmas lights.
Playing with coins.
Mutilated Banana Bread
Mommy's Grandma made this...Mommy loves it.
The Santa that Mommy was having secret conversations with...Oliver
thought it was pretty funny. Mommy painted those in preschool...
they always make Mommy laugh...she can't paint like that anymore.
Showing Mommy how he could sneak pretzels.
The boys were climbing all over Mommy. As soon as
Korey got off Mommy's head she turned around, and tickled them.
(It's no fun hiding--it is more fun to face them.)
We couldn't stop laughing....
Christmas Lights on Romeria Street in La Costa. They even
decorate the side of the house, and there is a huge hot air balloon. Fun!
Remember when Oliver almost ate an entire bag of chocolates last year? He is a sneaker for sure!
