Oliver and Mommy had a wonderful Sunday together. We went to the Y in the morning and got to see our beautiful friend Leela- she is awesome! Afterwards, we went to a store to get some new shoes for Oliver. He picked them out- he is really excited, he loves his new “tires.”
Then we went to the Escondido Street Faire. We had a lot of fun! It was drizzling and it felt good to be outside. We walked all the way to the end and back together. We stopped at a cute coffee shop that played only country music. Mommy and Oliver have always liked country music!
In the evening we cleaned up and relaxed. At dinnertime we played different music on Mommy’s computer- Oliver liked this song from Brad Paisley and the pictures on the video. It reminded him of his new “tires.” After dinner, Oliver wanted to climb all over Mommy while we were taking a rest on the couch. (Mommy was in the mood to play, but can’t stand to get hurt-----her muscles are really tender from going so far and fast yesterday at her race.) Oliver played nicely and now he is asleep for the night.

The book he received from the library- perfect, since he will start
pre-school in November.
