We planned on our last day of vacation being a learning day at the world cottages and the Air and Space Museum. We had a good together day.
The city.
JFK's pledge to the country to have
a man go to the moon by the end of the 60s.
It happened.
Charles Lindberg.
Lots of hall of famers. Mommy wishes she could have
read more of the bios. Another time.
Neat mural.
Pretty view from outside.
Amelia Earhart luggage. Mommy needs a piece
for her collection.
We watched 3 different movies. So cool!
Mommy's solider .
The controls.
In the control tower.
Penny for our collection.
Actual uniform worn by Adolph Hitler.
(It is sad when a person has such a
closed, negative mind. People suffer.)
Winston Churchill's suit.
"A pessimist sees the difficulty in every
opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity
in every difficulty."
-Winston Churchill-
Oliver thought the gun on the Jeep was neat.
Flying.
He is looking forward to making these!
Walking on the moon.
Gas prices are lowering.
Special Leonardo DaVinci exhibit.
He was an amazing inventor, artist, everything!
Its neat how airplanes fly right over the museum.
We thought about going, but we couldn't spend
the whole day at the park.
Christmastime.
Koffie and apple streudel time.
Airplane time for Oliver.
Our museum mementos.
Mommy got a magnet.
We like listening to the music in Ireland.
U.S.A
Oliver made a friend in England. They went outside
to play on the lawn.
We had a nice time on our vacation when we just hung out together. We look forward to our Christmas break in three weeks. We want to go explore more museums.
