Donut Wednesday

 This morning we woke up to a pretty sunrise and a hawk in the big nest at the top of our Pecan Tree!  We were excited for Donut Wednesday!  Then we saw something a little strange down the street...

Sunrise, Hawk and Nest!

Strange...a news truck.  

A big house fire happened last night.

Very sad.  The family is safe though. 

Now, Mommy knows what all the chainsaw sounds

and a little shouting came from that woke her up

around 3:40 in the morning.

Lots of different news channels were at the home.

Later in the morning, lots of SDG&E

trucks fixing the power lines that fell down.

And back to Donut Wednesday:

Oliver is off with his Daddy now.  Mommy will see Oliver tomorrow after school for another great together week/weekend!  He will be with Mommy through next Wednesday night, Mommy is excited!!!
