Meow, ouch.

It was a rough day.  George got tangled and hooked by a lure Oliver left on his desk.  Oliver got a ride from a neighbor to baseball and Greg came to the rescue.  George has got 3 hooks stuck in him.  We're taking him to the vet tomorrow.  He rested today and doesn't seem in pain.  Theodore has been giving him love and they both showed their love to Greg this morning after he did fish hook surgery.  

Putting fishing stuff away is a must.  Poor George.

Hopefully this week will get better, it's been a tough weekend.  

Halloween Party

Tonight we went to a Halloween Party at Greg's and brought Mattias with us.... It's hard taking picture in the dark.  Enjoy the food pictures!

Pick Up

Mommy and Oliver have had plans for at least a month to go to Noah's Harvest Festival at his private school on our street.  We were both excited to go and also see all the hardwork Jennifer has put into it as the PTA president.  But, Oliver was pouty and sad when Mommy picked him up.  Mommy doesn't usually write about stuff like this.....but it's life and it's not easy.

Mommy still went before they were open and got raffle tickets for the amazing

baskets they had for raffle.  Mommy likes to support Noah.

After Oliver had a good cry at home and something

to eat we went and looked around.  

Punching the bag and exercise helped him

even more.  It ALWAYS helps Mommy.

We're going to have a good weekend.  

Tuesday

Mommy only got to spend a little time with Oliver in the morning.  She caught these smiles as he was being dropped off at Grady's in the morning.  It's tough getting him to school, but Mommy is SO thankful for the help she receives.  

Oliver is with his Daddy tonight because Mommy needed to attend a board meeting for her school district.  480 days without a contract for Oceanside teachers.  Things are starting to get intense.  Then she got to paint with teaching friends, it was a lot of fun!!  Mommy misses Oliver and she'll see him on Friday for a Halloween fun weekend!

Three Year Old Plus More

This weekend we celebrated Shane's 3rd birthday!  He is the most precious kid ever.  Seriously.  After we rushed to the Lake Dixson campground for the tail end of the Cub Scout fall campout, then some fishing in the morning, and then a baseball game!  Busy weekend!

This evening, baseball was cancelled because of the hot weather, so we exercised together at the Y.  Oliver is getting good at sustaining his workouts.  Yay!
