Mondays are lovey dovey in the summer!

Baby Love:

Bagel Love:

Mommy asked for a piece of Claire's bagel.  This

is what Claire shared with Mommy.  Seriously.

 Library Love:

First reporters of the morning.

Claire didn't want to talk to the boy.

So, the sweet volunteer manager helped

Claire instead.  Very accommodating.

Cousin Love:

Sister love too!

Resting Love:

For about an hour, then off to play, play, play.

Neighbor club is here playing, running, plotting,

laughing....Mommy is glad they feel safe here.

(Mommy likes to feel safe too.)  

Goodnight and sweet dreams!

Studying

Oliver had a good day.  We were studying today.  Oliver is studying the art of fishing.  Mommy is studying library and information science.  We are both really busy and working really hard.

Oliver also spent the evening at his Daddy's visiting with Uncle Joey and his little growing family.  (Goodnight and sweet dreams.)

Three Parts

Today was a three part day.

Part II: Grady's 7th Birthday Party

Birdwalk:

Grady's dad was making drinks for all the adults.

Mommy wanted to check out his set-up.

Making an Old Fashioned for Jill...

She thought it was yum!  She is the sweet mom

who helped Mommy find the cub scout den!  

We met her by chance one day.  So glad we did!

Pretty drink.  Unfortunately Eric doesn't make 

wheat grass.  Oh well.  We learned interesting 

history on the background of Jill's drink choice.

Back to the party:

Grady, Jakob, Oliver!

Pinata time!

It was a great party!  Oliver had a ton of fun- swimming,

jumping, and playing!!!

Part III: Home

Oliver practiced his archery.  

He wanted to make his own target.  Sweet.

It was a really nice day.  

Wave Waterpark

Oliver came home at noon, rested, played, got in a fight with Mattias over the new range, and then went to Wave Waterpark with Mommy and Pack 659!  

This was Mommy's 1st real time at a waterpark.

She was exhausted after two times down 

the slide and a float in the river.  (She may

be a little low on iron right now.)

Grady and Cathy!  Cuteness!

Oliver went on to float and play with friends for

about 2 hours!
