Create and Play

Today Oliver created a lot and played a lot!

He loves Cindy the blonde, at Home Depot!

This was not the easiest project.

Listen to the sounds of the little builders.

Cindy helped Oliver.  He was getting frustrated.
Cindy teaches us techniques for hammering, holding
nails, and more.  Oliver listens to everything she teaches him.

At home he played a lot while Mommy
worked on school and tried to catch up
on housework.  Oliver really likes the
Bop It game Maggie gave us awhile ago!

(Goodnight and sweet dreams.)  (Technical difficulties, would not post last night, oh well.)

Pick Up

Mommy picked up Oliver at the end of the school day, 2:15!  It is not often she gets to do this, and she LOVES it!

Waiting!

Stalking the classroom windows!

Crazy mom taking picture of her son!

School bus he takes to the Boys and Girls Club!
He loves it!

Our friend Adelie!  She always gives
Mommy a hug at the Boys and Girls Club, which
prompts about 2 other girls who know Mommy
to give hugs.  Girls are so sweet!

(Happy Friday!)

Mommy is glad Oliver is home, she missed him.

Shane Fix

Do any of Mommy's readers need a Shane fix?

If so, here you go:

Holding the hand of his Grammie.

Holding Aunt Mere's hand.

Sweet face.

Donut Wednesday

We had a really nice morning together.  Mommy loves dropping off Oliver at the curb and not being rushed at Donuts.

Searching for his donuts.

Mommy gave Oliver the camera:
He took pictures of what he wanted.

Mommy asked him to take pictures of her
signature pieces...

He was kind of lazy with that task.

Mommy took the camera back:

Our donuts.

(Mommy's coffee.)

He really needs his haircut.

(Goodnight and sweet dreams.)

Home

We had a busy day at home.  Oliver had friends in and out all day!  Jayden and Isabel came over to help Mommy with her garden, but we never got around to it.  Mommy was busy with school.  She is thankful for the week off to catch up and get an early start on later readings and assignments!  Yay!  We love learning!

Playing, playing, playing!

We had a sweet visitor.  (Meow.)

Mommy tried to win a contest with this picture.
Maybe?

We went to the Farmer's Market for a bit.
Oliver wants one of these, Mommy has a plan for
them, but not yet.

Grammie, want a piece?  Watch this Maroon 5
Sugar!?!

We went to the Bulldogge store too!
Mommy needed to get her journal
that Oliver puts her gifts in.  We can
get the leather engraved for free.  We
are waiting though, we aren't sure
what to write on it.  Oliver says, "Meredith."
We'll see.

Oliver got a bulldogge keychain!  This store, the guy's
beard and a lot of other things Mommy sees lately
Watch it!

Happy Presidents Day!

New store in a little alley.  It was closed.
We'll be back.

Sweetness.

Oliver wants this Indian Chief shirt...

(Goodnight and sweet dreams.)

Legoland

We went to Legoloand today!  It was Mommy and Claire's first visit!  Oliver showed us the ropes!

Wal-Mart:
First we went to Wal-Mart to get
a mini lego person.  Mommy read that
they had a trading you could do.
We weren't sure how much they'd
be at Legoland.  2 cents cheaper at Wal-Mart!

Legoland:

We thanked Paula and Maggie our neighbors
for giving us the tickets!  We will
thank them again!

(Maps.)

Miniland is pretty awesome!

Happy President's Day!  Love this picture!

Albert.

Marilyn.

Mommy wanted some private time with Elvis.
(Never happens.  Ever.)

Guess who!?

Keeping herself busy in line.  We only went on 3
rides.  Long waits and rides aren't like
Disneyland.  It was more fun playing and
looking at things!

Watching Oliver on a ride she couldn't go on.

Panning for gold!

He got a lot!

Filling a bag with crystals and stones.
Oliver's souvenir.  He packed it!

Prisoners:

Lunch:

We ate lunch for awhile and enjoyed ourselves.

Oliver was talking about Indiana and Indiana beach
and when we go back.  Mommy still has all of
our tickets from that rolling ball game we like.
We hope to go back this summer or next summer.

We also found Mommy's iron girl necklace in her purse.
Grammie, do you think you could unknot the Chain?!

Oliver was going to climb...

But they wouldn't let him because his
clothes were a little wet from the panning
for gold.  Oh well.

Playing:

Lego Movie Set:

Last Ride:

Walking around:

Sweet cousins.  Mommy pushed them
out of the park like this!  She got
really tired on the drive home...

Headed to Claire's drop off spot:

We liked the american flag flowers!

They like racing to see Aunt Jess!

Oliver liked her desk!

Home:

Someone was inspired to pull out his legos!

(Goodnight and sweet dreams.)
