Science Night

Oliver is home and we went to Science Night at his school.  It was interesting!

Science stations, it was a little crowded and loud.

So, we sat outside and put together his static electricity pole.

Donut Wednesday

We had a really nice Donut Wednesday together.

On a mission.

Telling Mommy what he is planning on majoring

in when he goes to college.  (Mommy's semester

officially starts tomorrow.)

Tuesday

Back to school today for both of us!

Mommy loves dropping him off at "the curb."

Monday

We had a nice day.

Morning:

We started off the day with this cute face!  

Oliver also read through a newspaper about

Martin Luther King Jr.  Mommy wants Oliver

to remember the importance of this day.  

 History:

We went to San Diego and learned about

the Star of India and some other ships.

We've never been to the Maritime Museum

it was cool!  Grandpa gave us guest passes!

Other ships and submarines:

We practiced going through this opening.

There were four of them in one of the

submarines so we needed to see if

we were ready and prepared to crawl.

We were!

Oliver said this was the table where

rich people sit.  So sweet.

Home:

He played with a bunch of friends!

While Mommy did a few things.  Not as much

gardening as she'd like.  Only about ten minutes.

But some is better than none.

Boy Scout Go See It:

We learned about this last minute, oh well.

We went to Kit Carson Park to watch a team sport

for Boy Scouts.  Oliver had fun!
