President's Day

We had a really nice day off school today!  

Park:

We played at San Dieguito Park for awhile.

It was a pretty day!

Oliver tried to catch ducks, while Mommy

played with her camera...

Mommy tried to read a little too...

But was distracted by a cute little boy...

Tooth

Oliver is home and missing a tooth!  He is so cute!

Telling Mommy about his Tooth Fairy trap when

she picked him up today.  He had plans all week

for trapping the Tooth Fairy when he lost his tooth.

He wanted to keep her. 

Here is the trap he set up and put next to his pillow.

The cage is kind of dirty, that is the tooth pillow.

He told Mommy it was going to be the Tooth

Fairy's bed.  How thoughtful!  The Tooth Fairy

used her magic to leave $5, take his tooth, and

escape from Oliver's trap!

She had to get closer to him to capture this 

missing tooth thing, its kind of a big deal!

And of course he had to be a ham.

Two Things

Mommy needs to document.

One:

Goofball 1st team picture!  He was a little pouty that

morning, 2 weeks ago, and the sun was in all of their eyes!

Still memorable.  

Oliver had a bloody nose at his game today from getting hit

in the nose with an elbow!  He was a good sport!

He also played goalie for the first time!

Mommy is proud of him!

Two:

Oliver lost his first tooth!  He put it in a

pillow like this one the for the Tooth Fairy, but his had

Lightening McQueen on it!  (Mommy will write

more about Oliver's tooth and his plans to 

trap the Tooth Fairy later!)  He looks so cutie pie

without his bottom front tooth!

Mommy will see Oliver tomorrow at 5:00.  She is excited to spend two days off with him!  

Donut Wednesday

Yippie!  Donut Wednesday!  We had a nice time this morning eating donuts together!
