Kindness and Wrestling

Today is National Kindness Day.  Mom's students helped her write a poem for how Oliver can show more kindness....Oliver read it and understood all of it.  Poetry is wonderful.

Oliver tried out a wrestling practice at Escondido High School.  It was hard work.  He's pretty sure he'll stay in it because it will help him with his jiu jitzu.  Wrestling is good.

Slow Saturday

We'll be having a lot of slow weekends for awhile.  

Grammie's:

Oliver showed Mom the good skating he found

and we played basketball at the school.

Oliver hung out with Ben and Mattias. 

Mommy gardened: 

She hung out with this widow.  Biggest

girl she's ever seen.

Froyo with friends:

We saw friends for a little bit.

We had a nice day.  

Swimming

It's been awhile since we swam together at the Y.  We enjoyed having the warm pool mostly to ourselves.  It was very pleasant.  

Mommy is glad Oliver is home.  Mommy needs to write Mom now.  That's hard to do.

Pretty

Oliver's nose looked pretty good this morning.  He said it's not broken, probably just a fracture now.  

The sky was pretty this afternoon.

Oliver is pretty impatient when it comes to getting to JJ.

This is a pretty good mission.

He's pretty good at jj.

Pretty.

Just pretty.

Oliver is off with his Daddy tomorrow.  Mommy will see him on Friday at 12:00 for a nice long together weekend.

Nose

Oliver is home.  He thinks his nose might be broken.

If it isn't one thing, it's another.

He got hit in the nose with a baseball at practice

tonight.  He thinks its broken, Mommy isn't sure.

We'll keep our eye on it.
