Safari Park

Oliver had fun sleeping in this morning and playing with Grammie and Grandpa while Mommy ran her heart out at the Safari Park 1/2 Marathon!

We spent a few hours there together in the afternoon!  We had a lot of fun looking at the animals and learning new things!  Happy Sunday!

Oliver didn't really like the human exhibit- it was

too noisy and a little slow.

But he loved the other side of the human exhibit- the tram!

This was our first time taking it since they have changed

it from the tram that was on a track!

It rained at the end, it was very refreshing!

We had a great time at the Safari Park today!  

Saturday

We had a nice together Saturday!  After our cartoon and Y breaks in the morning we were off to pick up Mommy's bib for her race in the morning.  Then we visited someone special.

Mommy is running the Safari Park 1/2 Marathon

in the morning!  She loves the route!  Last year

there was a farmer standing out on the road

cheering us on with his daughters and a couple of cows!

(There is an ostrich farm we run past too!)

We quickly entered the raffle.  Oliver was kind of

in a funky mood, so we hurried out of the expo.

We both were excited to see Claire.

Cooper and Oliver

Oliver had a good day at school!  We came home to play and then we were off for a sleepover at Grammie and Grandpa's!  We are puppysitting Oliver's dog this weekend, so we brought him with us!  We were excited to have the chance to let Grandpa play and meet Cooper while he is still a cute pup!

watched him.  He likes to play with it!  But he

deserted it for a little bit.  (Poor piggy.)

Home

Mommy picked up Oliver today from school. He had fun playing with his neighbor friends and then helping Mommy with some errands.  Our night transition was a little heartbreaking, since he wasn't expecting to see Mommy until tomorrow.  He is finally sleeping now.  (Mommy is kind of exhausted now, oh well.)  Poor little guy.

Yippie, Donut Wednesday!  We enjoyed our first Donut Wednesday in May this morning!  We were on a donut hole mission this morning!  Oliver only wanted donut holes!
