Monday

Oliver had a good day at school!  Afterwards we stopped at the Reptile Store to get some worms for his centipede.  We had fun looking at all the reptiles!

Looking.

This guy was making Mommy laugh!

So serious!

He made Oliver laugh too!

Oliver wants this sign since he has
a scorpion at his Daddy's house now.

Looking at Beta fish.

(Whats wrong with the turtle?  Mommy loves it.)

The worms we got for his centipede at home. Yucks!
(Mommy discovered his centipede is no longer living!)
What should she do with all the worms!?!

Having a tantrum after the store becaure
he wanted so many things.  We talked about
him earning an allowance at home!

He forgot as soon as we got home!
Because we played slipped and slide!

Yippie!
(Sweet dreams.)

Squeezing Sunday

We spent our Sunday trying to squeeze a bunch of errands, fun, and chores into our day.  We had a nice day together!

High School Fun:

The gate is closed a little tighter with the chain.

We were able to squeeze through though!

Checking out the hurdles!

We squeezed in one lap around the track!

We played tennis, Oliver gave up pretty fast.

But Mommy played against the wall, while Oliver
had fun exploring the next court!

Mommy squeezed our tennis ball into
the pocket of our racket cover.  Mommy
found this old flyer in the pocket!
(Mommy still wants to learn to play or
just find a fun partner to hit the ball
back and forth with, its good exercise!)

Squeezing through!  It was a little tricky for Mommy!

 Post Office:
We squeezed in a chore!

Oliver is a good helper at the post office!

Library:

We had some returns and pickups at the
library to squeeze into our busy day!
This is a new deposit box at the library.
Pretty cool!

Oliver thought it was interesting!

Bookshelf squeezing a little person's head.

Someone squeezed eyeballs onto the
scanner!  Oliver eyeballed it and told Mommy!
Silly!

 Milk Walk:
After more errands, chores at home, and a 3:00
visit from a prospective daycare family, we
were able to go for our milk walk with our
new neighborhood friends!  James and his mom,
Ashley!  Fun!

We introduced them to Kung Fu Panda.

And Trader Joe's!

(Mommy is ready for some inner peace.)
But she is glad the Inner Peas have been squeezed
back onto the shelf!

Tired boys!
(Guess who is tired behind the stroller?)

Silly Saturday

We had a Silly Saturday! Mommy had a race in the morning and when she came back to Grammie's, Mommy gave Oliver some sunglasses she got at the finish line!  Oliver loved them!

The rest of our day was filled with silly sometimes tiring things, but we had a great Saturday!

Swinging!

Silly!

He played with his kite that he chose at the Tree Store!

We had to take a break because he stepped on
some wood chips that gave him tiny splinters.
Mommy had to take them all out with a tweezer!

Then he was back at it with his shark kite!

It got stuck here.
(Kind of a sweet picture.)

Oliver painted with some paint he got at the
Tree Store.

He spilled some on Grammie's concrete.
(Paint, paint, paint, everywhere.)

This is silliness from last night:
Mommy went to get napkins at Rubio's and when she came
back to the table Oliver was aiming the camera at a pretty
teenage girl at the table next to us.  Mommy was so embarrassed!
Mommy and the girl laughed and Mommy apologized to her.
But, he probably learned the picture taking thing from Mommy.  Oops.

Happy Saturday!

March

Mommy wanted to share our March calendars!  Happy March!

Masha D'yans.

"The future belongs to those who believe in the
beauty of their dreams."
-Eleanor Roosevelt-
(Mommy believes in the beauty of her dreams.  A lot.)

Happy March!

Tree Store

Oliver had a good day at school.  He was excited when Mommy picked him up a little early and brought two toddlers with her!  We played and read some library books at home and then made our way over to Grammie's house.  First we took a field trip to Rubios for dinner and then to the Dollar Tree.

Oliver earns tickets for doing school like activities with Mommy.  Twenty tickets equals one item at the "Tree Store."  Mommy knows its kind of like bribing, but Oliver is making a lot of progress with his reading and math, so oh well for now!  We enjoy looking at all the neat, useful, sometimes weird things at the store.

Mommy had a problem to solve tonight!  She didn't bring her camera wire thingy to transfer the pictures onto the computer, so she is using some pictures from a couple of weeks ago.  (She likes little challenges.)

His favorite aisle!

Fairy wings!

He ordered a balloon!

4th of July Birthday kid!

(Goodnight and sweet dreams.)
