A Wish...

These are some aerial photos of Denny and Steve’s farm in Appleton, WI. They go out every weekend and work on fixing different areas of the property—Mommy likes listening to stories about what they find there- it is an old veal farm that had not been taken care of properly for many years. Mommy wishes that Denny would start a blog about their adventures ---she is a really good storyteller. Hopefully one day Oliver and Mommy will travel to Wisconsin for a visit.

Oliver and Mommy had a wonderful day together. Oliver had fun playing with Grammie and Grandpa while Mommy went to the Y for a bit in the morning. Oliver loves playing with Grammie and he ate jelly toast with Grandpa.

Afterwards, we went to Mommy’s hair appointment. Oliver loves Jordan, Mommy’s hair girl. Oliver is so good and patient when we are there. We had a great rest of the afternoon together.

Oliver is with his Daddy now until next Monday. Miss you already little man.

Toys

Oliver has a lot of toys. Most of them came from his Aunts, Uncles, and Grandmas. But recently he got tons of toys from his friend Connor! We have been having fun playing with all of his cars (Oliver plays, Mommy picks them up....). In the picture above Oliver is wearing Connor's favorite cape. Oliver loves it! He is discovering that he has special powers when he wears it! Mommy wishes that those special powers would put all of our stuff away and make everything neat and tidy...

We had a busy weekend. Oliver spent saturday with Grammie, Grandpa, and Rachel while Mommy moved all of her stuff to her new home and then helped Aunt Jess and Uncle Chad move stuff to their new home. Oliver had fun going to the airport to pick up Grandpa.

On Sunday we had fun celebrating Grammie's birthday with family at her house. Later we had fun at our new home with Grammie, Grandpa, Aunt Ali, Uncle Kelly, and Rachel. Oliver enjoyed helping Uncle Kelly make Mommy's new bed and helping him with figuring out our sprinklers.

Mommy is very thankful that she has such a nice and caring family.

Oliver is adjusting well to sharing his time with Mommy and with his Daddy. Oliver will be with Mommy now until next Wednesday. Mommy and Oliver are working on establishing routines at our home. Today Oliver got wet in his new big bathtub. He loved it (after Mommy washed his hair). Tonite Oliver will sleep in his bed for the first time.

Oliver came to visit with Mommy and Korey today. We had fun playing at Mommy's home. Oliver loves his new bed. He is excited to learn all about the solar system. Mommy can't wait to have Oliver sleep in his new bed over the weekend!

Oliver and Mommy had a lot of fun today. We played in the morning and then started working on Mommy's new home. We worked on putting some stuff away and then Aunt Ali, Rachel, and Rusty came over. We had fun playing and chatting with them. After they left our new mattresses were delivered. Oliver was very excited about his because it is bigger than his other bed. He was playing on it and jumping on it! Cutie patooty!

Oliver is with his Daddy now for a couple of days. (Hopefully he gets to spend the day with Mommy for "daycare" tomorrow.) Mommy isn't sure when she can write next- she doesn't have internet access yet...
