Stripes and Dogs

Oliver earned a stripe at JJ tonight and we picked up some dogs from mom's good friend's house that were watching this week.  Oliver liked the tree and garden at his home.  It was sweet.  

Oliver is off with his dad in the morning.  Mom will see him Monday for the last week of school!  Yay, for almost summer!  We both need a break!!!

Memorial Day

We spent the day in San Diego attending a Padres game and the rest at home.  We had a nice Memorial Day and had an opportunity throughout the Padres game to remember and honor those who served our country.  We appreciate what they gave so that we can live in the U.S.A.

Fishing

Oliver fished in a new spot to mom.  We got bait at a fancy grocery store in Del Mar.  Oliver called in his personal warden- that's what happens when a ten year old has a phone.

We'll keep looking for sales elsewhere.

We had a wonderful weekend....busy, but good.

Garden and Play

We had a busy day at home.  Mom worked in the garden and Oliver played with Ben.  We also got fishing stuff ready for tomorrow.  Oliver wants to fish a bit in Del Mar....saltwater fishing.  We'll see how it goes, mom sort of prefers the ease of freshwater fishing.

She'll post pictures later....accessing the pictures isn't working right now.  Technology...tsk, tsk, tsk.

Update:  Here are our garden pictures and mom being lazy pictures until Oliver plopped himself in her bed.  Maybe she'll take a proper nap when he's in college.

Home

We both had a long week.  Mom didn't take pictures today, she was too tired.  Probably because she worked too hard at work....watch the video. 

We look forward to a nice together weekend.  

Performance

Oliver had his 4th grade California performance tonight.  He didn't really want to be there and didn't sing a lot of the songs.  That concerns mom a little bit, but she hasn't heard much from his 4th grade teacher.  Hopefully there is a reset in 5th grade, mom will make sure of that.

Sweet Ben played the kazoo at one point. 

Oliver will be off with his dad tomorrow.  Mom will see him Friday for a nice together weekend.
